We (myself, daughter and son-in-law) Closed on an investment property sold through your Co. with the closing handled by FSBO Settlements. To make an extremely long story short, what had turned into a nightmare of a process due to the ineptness of a local (Fredericksburg) mortgage broker that had us close to backing out of the deal was turned around and completed thanks to the actions and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty by the group at FSBO Settlements. We were at wits end as late as two days before closing (which was, by the way, rescheduled twice, again thanks to the broker's ineptness), not fully understanding exactly what was going to transpire until FSBO Settlements took the reins of this runaway horse and brought it under control. The end result was acceptable and we are sure would not have come about had it not been for their intervention. We commend the professionalism that FSBO Settlements has shown and will highly recommend them to others, as well as For Sale By Owner. In fact, it is likely that we will be calling on your services ourselves in the near future.

Everything is working fine w/the fsbo process so far; I am enjoying it for most part. ...Your Assistance Option package was very helpful, and the contract part ....was also uneventful. Yahoo!! FSBO helped us sell our home and it was a GREAT experience! The FSBO Staff and Settlement Agent were all very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Being our first home sale ever, we were complete novices and had no idea where to start... just one call to FSBO and it was all downhill from there! We saved $26,000 in realtor commission fees! Beware, however, realtors will be pounding on your door trying to "scare" you into listing with them. And why shouldn't they?... It's easy money for them. Make it easy money for YOU! GO FSBO!!
