home pricing services - either a Professional Certified Appraisal or a Comparative
Market Analysis.
Generally Comps are sufficient for most home sellers. We run a report of all homes that are currently active, under contract, sold, expired and withdrawn in your subdivision. We recommend you drive around and look at the properties that are on the report that are similar to yours to come up with the best price for your home.
Appraisals are $375 for homes under $600,000 or $475 for homes over $600,000. Homes over $1,000,000 will be $675. $40 will be collected upfront and the remaining balance will be due upon completion
