We do not mail Post, Frame or Directional Signs.
We do mail the Sign panel for a small fee (fits an 18 x 24 Frame Sign from Lowes/Home Depot).
A deposit is required on all frame and post signs. The deposit is refunded when homeseller returns signs in Clean, Unmarked and Reusable Condition.
Failure to return signs means seller will forfeit ALL deposits.
