The below Step 5 form tells the closing company if a commission is due to US - THE LISTING COMPANY.
Some of our clients purchase a package that includes a small percentage due to us at closing.
Please be sure to fill out this form correctly so the the title company knows how much to collect.
IMPORTANT: Affiliates will key in your MLS listing but we handle everything else for you.
REMEMBER IF YOU NEED A SIGN OR LOCKBOX - FILL OUT STEP 6 in your account which instructs our staff where to mail your sign and or lockbox.
If you don't fill out the form, you won't get your items and there are no refunds.
