We see you signed up for ShowingTime.

Here are the Set Up Instructions

ShowingTime is ONLY available in the BRIGHT, CVR, WAAR, CAAR and REIN MLS.

If you purchased it for another MLS - contact us asap for refund.

1. You need to email Kathy@GoToFSBO.com to let us know you want to use the ShowingTime service as some clients do and some don't.

2. Give us 12 business hours to get you added as a contact in the ShowingTime system AFTER you receive your MLS Listing to proof from Kathy.

3. You need to download the app.

4. You will need to set up your account on Showingtime.

5. Read the Seller’s Guide to Showing Time for more information.

6. To View Feedback from agents that provide feedback.

The app will only work if an agent goes to the ShowingTime website. Some may still prefer to call, email or text you to set up appts but most agents prefer to use the app. Most of the MLS systems have a link in the listing for agents to click on to set up the appt but REIN MLS does not. REIN agents have to call ShowingTime to set up the appt.

IMPORTANT:   NEVER SEND EMAILS TO AGENTS WITH COMMISSION AMOUNT IN THE EMAILS OR LINKS TO ANYTHING WITH COMMISSION AMOUNT FROM THE SHOWINGTIME APP OR FROM A SHOWINGTIME EMAIL.  IT IS A $500 IMMEDIATE FINE FROM THE MLS.
