Do You Need to Renew Your MLS Listing?
- Be sure to renew No Later than the day BEFORE the listing expires to extend you current listing 6 more months at the reduced rate
All Renewals Include:
- MLS Listing for 6 months
- Realtor.com Listing for 6 months
- GOTOFSBO.com Listing
- Google, Zillow, Trulia, Redfin Listing for 6 months
- Listing on 1000’s of syndicated websites all fed from the MLS
You have 3 Options if your listing is expiring.
Option 1: Renew with the same MLS #: This is available for ALL MLS systems
Option 2: Complete rekey of your MLS Listing because you wamt to get a new MLS # and you want to reset the Days On Market (DOM) and Cumulative Days on the Market (CDOM).
However, Please NOTE, some MLS's will reset Days on Market and some will not.

WAAR: Must be on market for a FULL 60 days. Then you can relist on day 61 or you can pay $200 waar penalty fee prior to 61 days in addition to our relist fee. The new MLS# does reset the DOM but not the CDOM. The listing would have to go off market for a longer period than 30 days or change owners to reset CDOM.
CVR: No time restraints currently on relisting a property.with this MLS. Days on Market reset to ZERO with a new MLS Listing.
BRIGHT: Must be off market for 61 days
REIN: Must be on market for a FULL 60 days - can relist on day 61 or you can pay $200 rein penalty fee prior to 61 days in addition to our relist fee. Days reset to zero.
CAAR: Must be off market for FULL 61 days or more to renew with a new MLS number. This will also reset the Continuous Days on Market (CDOM) and will begin counting Days on Market (DOM) from that point.

Option 3: If you are not renewing,
all rented items need to be returned PRIOR to the expiration date.
