IF YOU ARE SIGNING FOR A CORPORATION / COMPANY / TRUST or ESTATE, on the paperwork in the Seller field - you will put the CORPORATION, ESTATE or TRUST NAME; however when you sign the paperwork - you MUST sign with your own name and your TITLE of the CORPORATION, ESTATE OR TRUST
If you have "Power of Attorney" and are signing for mom and dad that own the property, put mom and dads name as sellers and then you sign with your name and title (example - Linda Smith, Power of Attorney)
Date the paperwork for the day you want to go live but do not date it for the same day you are submitting.
Fridays are our busiest day , so if you want to go live Friday, we must have the paperwork by Wednesday Morning.
