ARE YOU SIGNING FOR A CORPORATION / COMPANY / TRUST or ESTATE?, On the paperwork in the Seller field - put the CORPORATION, ESTATE or TRUST NAME; however, when you sign the paperwork - you MUST sign with your own name and your TITLE of the Corporation, Estate or Trust
If you have "Power of Attorney" and are signing for mom & dad that own the property, put mom & dad's name as sellers. Then sign with your name and title (example - Linda Smith, Power of Attorney)
If you are a Contract Owner: Only REIN MLS allows this type of Listing. You will need to send proof of yoru contract with the owner. For Owner, put the name of your company in the Seller field. You will sign everthing with your name and title within your company (ie: Attorney inf fact etc).
Date the paperwork for the day you want to go live but do not date it for the same day you are submitting.
Fridays are our busiest day , so if you want to go live Friday, we must have the paperwork by Wednesday Morning.
If you need your listing to go live ASAP on the MLS, you can pay a rush fee to get keyed in first. Your 2 choices are:
