The Easier you make it to show your home - the faster you will sell your home.

How does the process work?
A Buyer picks the home they want to see.
The Realtor pull up the home in the Realtor MLS.
The Realtor clicks on the "Showing Time" link that is right on your MLS Home Listing.
Realtor schedules the appt right there.
Realtor is then sent an email with confirmation of the appt and your showing instructions.

The Home Owner also receives the appointment info. 
Showing time app is needed on your phone which is where you can access the feedback reports.

Buyer agent info is not available with app.
If needed, your listing agent can access this info for a small fee.
