Sign panel will be mailed for you to attach to sign.  You will mail the sign panel back in the envelope you receive it in prior to your home closing, your home listing expiration or listing cancellation. We must have it back before we can cancel your listing.  

Post sign will be delivered and installed within 2-5 business days (unless bad weather, weekend or holiday).  

Sign will be picked up within 1 week of you filling out the sign/lockbox return form.  You MUST notify us at least 1 week prior to Closing or Expiration or you will forfeit your deposit.  We cannot cancel your listing until company has picked up sign.

IMPORTANT - READ - Because this is For Sale By Owner and because we do not come to the home to remove the lockbox for you – we offer the below suggestion. 
We always recommend to clients to get a bike chain and lock it around a fence or rail and slide the lockbox on to that – so if there is an issue with the box (batteries die, box malfunctions or when you have sold) – you can easily get the box off the chain to return to us.
This prevents the problem of you having to unscrew the doorknob to get the box off to return to us.
