DO NOT HAMMER ON THE STAKE OR IT WILL BEND AND THE SIGN WILL NOT SLIDE ONTO IT – USE A PIECE OF WOOD ON TOP OF STAKE BEFORE HAMMERING.

IMPORTANT:  All signs MUST be cleaned before returning (no dirt on Post Legs/Stake) and Post Signs must be reboxed with all parts.  All the hardware needs to be in the plastic baggie with the instructions for the next client - if it is not - NO Deposits will be refunded on any items.  If something is missing or broke - simply let us know so we can replace it when you return it and the next client gets a good sign.
