- If you are not very computer literate - you may need to get someone to help you.
- There will be some duplication (ie: property details and photos) - that is because between our site and the MLS's - you are putting your home on double the sites rather than just one or the other.
- So even though it is a pain to do some of the stuff twice - it will greatly benefit you, giving you the best exposure for selling your home.
- Your listing will go live in 2-3 days. We will send you a proof of your MLS listing. Please proof it ASAP for any errors we may have made as it is live.
- This is NOT a time to make changes/additions to your listing.

BASIC MLS PLAN = 8 PICTURES: What is most important to Buyers? Lots of Pictures before they make the drive. If your Plan does not include the "Showcase Max Pictures" you are hurting yourself.

UNLIMITED CHANGES: One more item we Strongly recommend you have is "Unlimited Changes". Only Price changes are free, all other changes are a small fee. LOCKBOXES: We only carry Combo lockboxes for this area. You can have the Lockbox shipped to you for a small fee. We do not ship signs. We do not know how long it takes to ship - that is up to the USPS.
