If Buyer is without an agent
We will provide the assistance option paperwork for the seller and buyer to fill out and return to us.
This will provide us with what we need to get the offer ready for you and the buyer to review.
We will also need a pre-qual letter from the buyer.
We will prepare the offer for the seller and buyer based on the terms seller and purchaser agree.
We will send seller and buyer a proof of the offer.
After feedback from both seller and buyer, we will prepare final proof.
Once approved, we will set it up for electronic signing.

We will then go over the paperwork with seller and buyer.
Once there is a ratified contract, we will then do all of the below.

To Summarize, with the Closing Assistance Option we provide:
- We will then work with BOTH Seller and Buyer to meet the terms of the contract to get all parties to closing.
- Business Hour Support* throughout the process for contract questions.
- Coordinate completion of appropriate paperwork. (As agreed upon by you and the buyer).
- Assist in meeting the requirements of the Purchase Agreement, as to inspections, reports, etc.
- Facilitate communication (if needed) between buyer and seller to help prevent disputes from arising.
- Assist in reaching out to the see if loan is progressing nicely for approval.
- Assist you in meeting the requirements of the closing agent in connection with the closing of Seller and Buyer.
- Review Closing Statement/ALTA (formerly called HUD) before closing (if requested).
- Guide you through the steps to bring your sale to closing.
